For the past two weeks I've been doing a trial run of it, gathering recipes, ordering books, and transforming my kitchen. Best of success to everyone out there doing the Whole 30! Maria D Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Im on day two as well. I woke up late, bad weather, I did not eat breakfast (but I brought it with me). Bad choice!!! Yesterday I was not hungry, but I noticed that I was bored and wanted to eat. SCARY!! I did have to buy more protein. I did not eat encough of that yesterday. I am following the plan strictly except for black coffee before noon. I am afraid of the crash. I changed from soy and sugar in my coffee to black, I hope to wean off it in a couple weeks.
