Whole 30 first timer!

Im on day two as well. I woke up late, bad weather, I did not eat breakfast (but I brought it with me). Bad choice!!!


Yesterday I was not hungry, but I noticed that I was bored and wanted to eat. SCARY!! I did have to buy more protein. I did not eat encough of that yesterday. I am following the plan strictly except for black coffee before noon. I am afraid of the crash. I changed from soy and sugar in my coffee to black, I hope to wean off it in a couple weeks.


What is hard for you? What is your success?
