Danameister Posted February 18, 2014 Share Posted February 18, 2014 For the first time during Whole 30, on day 9, I started to crave Cheeze Its. Thankfully, I had enough food in my fridge to make a snack once I got home. Today, I wanted to put milk, of all things, in my coffee. Instead, I threw in some cinnamon. It's not easy to stay on track. I'm getting bored and sick of cooking. No achievement comes without struggle. I remind myself of that and also I think, "If I don't eat such and such, I won't die, I'll just have a moment of discomfort. By staying with the Whole 30, I'll reap many more rewards!"
