fenderferyl Posted February 22, 2014 Share Posted February 22, 2014 Hi Everyone, my name is Louise, I'm the mother of 1 little girl and 2 furry Huskies. Today, I start the Whole30. I am very excited to do this for my health and well being, my daughter (who is 10 months and doesn't really have a choice) is going to do this with me. My husband (who is a carbaholic) is a little skeptical but he will support me thought the whole program. I can't wait to reap the benefits of eating whole foods, discovering new recipes, talking to local organic farmers and changing my life! Here we go, I'm taking the plunge!
