Help please!!

This is my second whole30 and i have no doubt or reservations about the amazing health benefits the programme offers. However, I am trying to lose fat. Im not really worried much about weight... Does anyone have any ideas about how to cut fat at a good, healthy rate because Im in desperate need of results.

I currenty go to gym 4 days a week for strength training and run on the weekend.

Help please!

My sister is a naturopathic physician.  About a year and a half ago she lost a significant amount of fat eating paleo.  She said it didn't happen in the first month, but did so after that.  So I'd stick to strict paleo when you complete your W30.  Also, I would recommend consulting your own naturopath to see if there are issues (internal or external) holding you back from the weight loss you seek.
