EmmMaddy Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 This is my second whole30 and i have no doubt or reservations about the amazing health benefits the programme offers. However, I am trying to lose fat. Im not really worried much about weight... Does anyone have any ideas about how to cut fat at a good, healthy rate because Im in desperate need of results. ninadude Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 My sister is a naturopathic physician. About a year and a half ago she lost a significant amount of fat eating paleo. She said it didn't happen in the first month, but did so after that. So I'd stick to strict paleo when you complete your W30. Also, I would recommend consulting your own naturopath to see if there are issues (internal or external) holding you back from the weight loss you seek. Best wishes, Emm!
