It's day 30! I have been journaling privately and have just spent the last 2 hours taking stock. I will be writing up a blog, but for now I just want to say that I still have some work to do, but have made a lot of progress, with some unexpected and positive results. My thought for the day is: Clarity.

Clarity on where I am and what I need to do is my greatest takeaway from this experience.

I am soldiering on through to Froday evening with the following adjustments:

Reduce caffeine to 1 cup per day black coffe, plus 1-2 cups green tea in afternoon.

Eliminate coconut milk to determine if allergen

Rigid adherence to meal plan, especially carby veg

After that I will not introduce and/or limit the following:

dairy

Legume

Grains except for deliberate limited GF

Gluten

Sugar except for natural, deliberate, ltd., i.e. square of dark chocolate, very occasional desert once weight target is acheived, not obsessing on rare meals out

Alcohol only 1-2 glasses on the weekend, red wone.
