I have been in a rut with feeling sluggish, down, and not able to lose weight and stay fit. Looking forward to recalibrating my whole system and looking forward to cooking better food for my whole family. Here's good wishes to everyone on the path! So far so good - worst part was giving up half and half and sugar in my coffee but other than that, made it through okay. Good luck with your next 29 days! I've been attempting for almost two months, and I find myself relapsing. I will start my Whole 30 program soon! Need to be mentally prepared. Khhdesign Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 I started today too! I've read the book several times, but always chickened out. I just didn't think I could do it. When my dog tore the cover off of a library book called Paleo for Beginners I picked up on a whim (yes, now I own the book) I thought maybe she was trying to tell me something I cook a lot and eat pretty well about 80% of the time...it's the other 20% that will be challenging.
