I didn't realize the carrageenan required a full restart so I want to be very more super careful about avoiding the foods that require a restart. Which ones are they? Thanks! PamH Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 The foods that contain noncompliant ingredients? Not sure how to answer that one. Avoid grains, alcohol, sugars, dairy, soy, preservatives, corn. Read ingredients carefully, but better yet use whole foods and not pre made foods to avoid a mix up.
