mcjule Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 I finally got myself some compliant almond milk with no carrageenan and I intend to stay 100% on plan. I didn't realize the carrageenan required a full restart so I want to be very more super careful about avoiding the foods that require a restart. Which ones are they? Thanks!
