EmilyM825
Hi everyone! I am so excited to start Whole30 next week! I just ordered the book, should be here tomorrow. I am reading it this weekend and read to start Sunday. I cleaned out my pantry and refrigerator today. Unfortunately, not everything could go as I am doing this solo... (Hubs claims he "can't" go without his coffee and cream, whatever) That's going to be my biggest challenge. I had a friend complete a Whole30, and that's what got me interested. I have PCOS and I would love to be able to conceive a baby without the help of hormone-laden drugs. I have 2 beautiful babies and both of them were conceived with the help of clomid. I hope this can eliminate the need for further use of these drugs! Here's to better health! -Emily
Tina R
Welcome! Check out this link for flying solo on your whole30. Also make extra food. Your husband will be drawn to the dark side (lol) when he smells the delicious food you make. http://whole30.com/2014/03/solo-whole30/.
PaleoPlease
I'm planning on starting that day as well. I also have two kids and would like another but I want to loose weight before conceiving. I really really need to plan well in order to be successful! Please no more excuses for me. It's time! We can do this!!
momof2osaurus
Hi Emily! I also have two beautiful babies, but that's it for me. I'd have to change my username. My husband is not doing this with me either. Totally do-able although I tend to let him fend for himself for dinner. Good luck to you!
EmilyM825
Tina R, Thanks for the link on doing this solo!! Luckily my husband will typically only eat what I cook, so he will have to pseudo-participate. I wish he would go all in, though.
