bekahellen Posted March 28, 2014 Share Posted March 28, 2014 I first heard about the whole30 a few days ago and planned to start on April 1st, but I decided to start today! Why wait, right? I knew it was time to start when I was already feeling guilty eating grains and cheese the last few days My first 2 hours have been great. I didn't even have enough room to finish my breakfast, it was so filling! (2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, and apple) Hopefully I can keep my enthusiasm up during the next 30 days...
