dogmom
I was taking Melatonin 3mg per night before I started the Whole30. I discontinued it because it had forbidden added ingredients. I will tell you, it is hard to find Melatonin without tons of additives. Anyway, I found one that has Dicalcium Phosphate, and am not sure if that ingredient is Whole30 compliant. Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 30, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 30, 2014 Dicalcium Phosphate is an acceptable ingredient. It can cause problems in large amounts, but it is not a big enough problem to warrant exclusion during a Whole30. The melatonin that I use includes it too.
