French Girl Posted April 3, 2014 Share Posted April 3, 2014 Hi, I was wondering after my salad tonight if I did it right because I had: - some ghee to fry the chicken - 1 tbsp of olive oil for the dressing - 1 small avocado - some black olives Isn't that too much fat for 1 meal?
