Water Lunch Sweet potatoes and spinach sautéed in ghee Grilled chicken Water Dinner Same exact thing as lunch except sub chard for spinach. It was SOOOOO good!!!! I don't branch out with good very much but this Whole30 has actually stretched me! But I'm still eating all the same foods just prepped differently. Is there any issue with that? Feeling great - except for my allergies! Not much of an appetite the past 2 days, though.
