Spinach salad with apples, carrots, cukes, hard boiled egg, yellow bell peppers, warm chicken and bals dressing

Is it bad to eat the same things all the time? I don't branch out with good very much but this Whole30 has actually stretched me! But I'm still eating all the same foods just prepped differently. Is there any issue with that?

I don't think it's that much of a problem eating the same foods all the time if it doesn't bore you.  Personally, I need more variety.  One of the reasons I've been reading the logs is to get ideas and it seems like a lot of people eat the same stuff all the time.

Here and still going strong!!!! Just kinda got tired of talking to myself!

I'm on Day 15! Halfway through!! Feeling great - except for my allergies! Not much of an appetite the past 2 days, though. I don't feel like I've lost much weight but I feel so much better in general and my blood pressure is back to normal!!!
