Megan_M Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 I recently completed a whole30 at the end of March. I recently re-introduced chocolate and now I can't stop eating it!! The rest of my eating is probably 80/20 paleo (wine, bacon with sugar) with a couple of non-paleo meals every so often. How can I get myself under control? snowflower Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 I have the same problem with sweets. Do you live with someone or work with someone who would be willing to "manage" your supply? This works for me. I'll give my sweets (usually a bar or box of chocolates) to my 11 year old and ask her to hide it in her room (where the dog can't get it). Then when I feel like it, I'll ask for a piece or two. Having it out of the kitchen and not knowing exactly where it is really helps me for some reason.
