mcjule Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 So I have read enough about soy to know that it's not good and especially after the Whole 30 I have no desire to intentionally put it in my diet. However, I've also learned (the hard way!) that it's in everything. So because of that is it worth doing a reintro? I don't want to have soy milk or anything but maybe gluten-free soy sauce? I have Asian family members so my guess is I'll also eat soy sauce on occasion when I'm with them. Is it ok just to try one item in small quantity?
