Soy question

So I have read enough about soy to know that it's not good and especially after the Whole 30 I have no desire to intentionally put it in my diet.  However, I've also learned (the hard way!) that it's in everything.  So because of that is it worth doing a reintro?  I don't want to have soy milk or anything but maybe gluten-free soy sauce?  I have Asian family members so my guess is I'll also eat soy sauce on occasion when I'm with them.  Is it ok just to try one item in small quantity?

Yes. Like you said, soy is in everything so I would definitely re intro it after your whole30. At least you will know how much it bothers you and if you should avoid it. I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, I like it better.
