I've had the book a couple months now, and different thoughts have started creeping up when I'm eating...like a food conscience that is commenting on my choices, whole or not so much. So, its time to put the chatter to rest, put Whole 30 into effect, and see how it goes. Hopefully this can be a helpful resource, despite how unnatural participating in a forum about eating & food seems. ...This is probably less uncomfortable than how 30 days without chocolate chip cookies may feel.
