We have many meal-delivery options in Houston, but none of them would confirm to me that they could adhere to Whole30. (I am ridiculously busy and have not cooked for myself in more than two years.) CAK911 Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 This isn't ideal, but both Whole Foods and Central Market in Houston tend to label all their readymade foods with exactly what's in them. It might be worth dedicating a couple hours one day to reading lots of their "regular" stocked stuff, and seeing what is compliant, then you could just pick up readymade stuff from the counters a couple days a week.
