Although I am seeing quick results (of note, I was 6 weeks post partum when I started), the severe nausea and bloating that I am feeling is UNREAL!! It makes me not want to eat anything! It's been intermittent x 1 week. Sometimes it happens shortly after eating, other times it strikes 3 hours after the meal. I am also breast feeding and sleep is not consistent I don't want to quit this far along, but I'm just not sure how much more I can take, especially with a newborn (not to mention my 6 and 3 y.o.).
