Day 1

Well day 1 is done and it felt good! I have a mild headache but that's it!

What I ate today:

2 cups organic coffee

coconut milk --probably need to measure this tomorrow. I think I had like 1/2 cup!

3 eggs

1 cup Spinach

1 cup spaghetti squash

1/3 lb ground beef

1/2 cup spinach

1 cup spaghetti squash

1/3 lb ground beef

1/2 cup spinach

1.5 oz cashews

Looking forward to Day 2!

Meal 1

3 eggs

Spinach

Coffee

Coconut milk--forced myself not to measure it! That was AWESOME!

Pre-workout

Handful of pistachios

1/2 apple

Jog/sprint 1 mile

200 crunches

400 meter swim

Meal 2

Ground chicken & ground beef

Spinach

Spaghetti squash

Tomatoes

Apple

Never made to to Meal 3...just wasn't that hungry.
