sylphine Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 hi my names lynn -recently i was on an autoimmune diet for 3 weeks as i have systemic inflammation then fell off the wagon when i went back to my home town to visit my sister- i thought id give the whole30 a go as its less restrictive so hopefully more manageable - ive finished reading the it starts with food book and have signed up for the daily emails an here i am day1- can anyone remind me how much water we should be drinking daily? i looked up the index in the book but theres nothing there- and also is tea with unsweetened shop bought almond milk ok ? thanx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GFChris Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 For water, aim for drinking 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of your current body weight, daily. That's your minimum. On the almond milk, be sure it doesn't contain carrageenan, vanilla extract, or any other non-compliant ingredients. Make sure your tea doesn't contain soy, stevia or any other sweetener.
