Hi Shannon,

I am on day 28 of my first 30.  You can totally do this!  I would be lying if I said there wasn't a time when I began to second guess the program and if it was worth it.  It is worth it for so many reasons and your going to slowly notice little things.  These little changes usually show up just at the right time, you know right when food boredom or temptation set in lol.  Your going to do great!  What was your nutrition/ lifestyle like pre whole30?  I found the nutrition and food guidelines to be quite doable.  At no time have I experienced hunger.  It has almost been the opposite.
