Kshamrock17
My sister just told me about juice plus. I'm still researching it but wanted to know if anyone knew anything about it and had any thoughts or comments on it? Is it really helpful/beneficial? JJB
Well, to begin with it's not W30 compliant because it contains oat bran and brown rice bran. I think most people here will tell you these types of supplements are really unnecessary when you are eating a whole foods diet.
GlennR
Juices are very much discouraged during a Whole30 except as ingredients in a recipe. Among other things, the program is about setting good eating habits and digestive/hormonal rhythms, and drinking your nutrients is not a good way to do this. (Do a google search on Whole30 Juices and you'll find past discussions explaining why.)
