Baba Ganoush

I made Well Fed's recipe for Baba Ganoush last night and it was fantastic. I know it's technically compliant but since the tahini is ground sesame seeds and sesame seeds are on the limit list, I'm concerned that it's problematic that I ate some with both my first and second meals today. Is this something that would be okay every few weeks but not every week? Maybe I can make it with less tahini?

NO! Make it with the tahini as called for.  It's mostly eggplant.  

 

I think it would be "problematic" if you were eating a handful of sunflower seeds or spoonfuls of sunflower seed butter every day.  There are healthier fat choices.  But baba ganoush is mostly eggplant and the amount of tahini is insignificant (IMO).
