Maycat
I wish I lived closer to San Francisco since Zenbelly has opened up a pop-up restaurant. You may be wondering what a pop-up is? It is a temporary restaurant that opens up for a month in another restaurant's space. I am SOOO jealous of you Bay-Area Whole30 peeps! Of course, I would ditch the feta and the desserts, but otherwise, have at it! Johnny M
I know Simone personally and worked in the kitchen at last week's pop-up and will tell you her food is pretty outstanding! If anyone is in the area definitely come! it's helpful if you purchase tickets ahead of time for planning purposes. Simone also mentioned she might have a strictly paleo dessert this coming week too! I'm attending on the 18th and cooking again on the 25th so if anyone will be there let me know!
