Tina R Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 Check your beef gravy for non compliant ingredients. Most of them are thickened with flour which has gluten. Others may be thickened with corn starch which is also not compliant. I don't use gravy for this reason so I don't have any recipes that use it.
