I haven't exactly reached "tigers blood" status, but I can say that the chronic tiredness and fatigue is gone. I've been able to make it through the days without actually saying how tired I am. I've been consistent with meeting with my trainer and have started working out on my own. My partner thought I was crazy when I explained the guidelines 30 days ago, but some how's she joined in on this lifestyle change. I did lose 12 lbs, but took almost 2 weeks to get the crap out of my system. I really can't imagine eating any other way now. I'm excited to doing a Whole60 and so on.
