MrsStick Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 Probiotic foods and drinks - beet kvass, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. will all help out. I've also heard (haven't tried) that laying with a light shining on those parts (legs open, obviously) to let it air out might help since yeasts like dark, moist places. Might be worth a shot. Or applying coconut oil as a lotion to those areas...it might kill off some of the good bacteria too, so take your probiotics for a while after you finally kick the yeast, but it should help out.
