karaj
This is my third whole 30 this year and this time my whole family is taking part. I have a very active husband who works as a gardener. He definitely does not need to lose any weight, but we are hoping to see an improvement in his energy levels. My three kids are aged 1, 3 and 6. We eat a mostly paleo diet already, but we want to try and cut out some of the excess sugar and the kid's expectation of food as treats. This time I am following AIP to see if I can sort out some of the lingering issues I have with my skin and hubby and the kids are doing a regular whole 30. Day one Breakfast Kids - eggs, banana and avocado Hubby - eggs, kumara, spinach, avocado, bulletproof coffee Me - pork patties, kumara, spinach, avocado, sauerkraut, bulletproof coffee Lunch Kids - pork patties, hard boiled eggs, veges sticks, nuts, fruit, coconut chia pudding Hubby - scotch eggs, vege sticks, baked potato, nuts, fruit Me - chicken thigh, kumara, mixed cooked veges, coconut butter Dinner Cinnamon beef stew, cabbage, carrot and parsnip mash, baked potatoes (kumara for me) Day one went well, but hubby woke up feeling like he'd been hit by a bus this morning! I showed him the timeline and he had a good laugh
