Chez
I went to my organic butcher today to stock up and was going to get some sausages. I noticed that buckwheat flour was the only other ingredient besides the meat. On questioning the butcher he told me that there was only 100 grams of flour to 18 kilograms of meat. Would that very small amount still put them in the No Go category???

Derval
Sausages are so hard to find as they seem to "need" a binder like crumb, rusk or flour. Sigh.
Chez
Thanks The sausages will have to wait then. There's plenty of other organic/free range meats to choose from
