Organic Sausages and Buckwheat flour

I went to my organic butcher today to stock up and was going to get some sausages. I noticed that buckwheat flour was the only other ingredient besides the meat. On questioning the butcher he told me that there was only 100 grams of flour to 18 kilograms of meat. Would that very small amount still put them in the No Go category???
