Condiment Portion Sizes

Newbie question!  I've been at this for a week and it just occurred to me today that I have no idea how much dressing or condiments I should be using on my food.  And, what about marinades?  What do these "extras" count as (ie. a fat) if anything at all?  Thanks for your help!

If it's a dressing with oil, then follow the fat guideline of 1-2 thumb sized portions per meal. Salsa would fall under the veggie guidelines of 1-3 cups per meal. For other compliant condiments and marinades, use reasonable amounts for flavor.
