Newbie - Can I have?

For both, you need to look at the ingredients list for non-compliant ingredients.

Pickles, watch out for things like sulfites, high fructose corn syrup and sweeteners.

Almond milk, beware of items like sweeteners, vanilla extract,.soy and carrageenan.

As an aside, these topics have been previously discussed on the forum. Easiest way to search the forum is via Google. Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for and if it's here, you'll get links to the posts.
