Whole30 Beginner
I am doing a CrossFit competition this Saturday and am at a loss as to what to eat throughout the day. I will be limited, likely will just have a cooler. Any ideas as to what I can take that is quick and easy? Thanks!
thecatsanova
If you have a cooler you can pack anything really! I packed a cooler full of baby carrots, chicken breasts, apples, baked sweet potatoes, and sunflower butter (allergic to all nuts) whenever I was travelling. Pick your favorite compliant meals and throw them in a tupperware. I personally love cold chicken so that temperature was never a problem for me. Guest Andria
hard boiled eggs; egg muffins; tinned tuna, sardines, oysters, salmon; avocado; olives; homemade mayo....Mmmm so many options!
GoJo09
I would suggest not taking anything that repeats on you - there's nothing worse than busting a gut during a workout and burping up chilli tuna! Just take whatever you usually have for pre- and post-workout meals, but in much bigger quantites - those will be your tried and tested foods for exercise. Good luck!
