On day 3 and eating 3 eggs for breakfast along with some olives/tomatoes and sometimes spinach.  Lunch has been tuna and some costco organic greens.  Dinner is chicken breast with spinach.  Some handfuls of almonds when hungry.


Feel kind of sick today, felt weak on Day 2.  Maybe not eating enough.  I am 6'2 and 203 so I may need more calories.  Adding olive oil to tuna was a stroke of genius!!

You may need to eat more. Many people do not eat enough as they start a Whole30. 


I happen to be 6'2 and 190 pounds. I skipped my workout today, so have eaten less than usual. I had 4 eggs with a large serving of sauerkraut for breakfast. Lunch was a stir fry of chopped onion, half an orange bell pepper, and a big section of chopped cabbage with slow roasted pork. My lunch plate was a generous heap. Supper will be salmon salad made with 6.5 ounces of salmon, carrots, onions, pickles, peppers, celery, mayonnaise, and avocado. It will be a large bowl of food.
