Matthias Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 On day 3 and eating 3 eggs for breakfast along with some olives/tomatoes and sometimes spinach. Lunch has been tuna and some costco organic greens. Dinner is chicken breast with spinach. Some handfuls of almonds when hungry. Feel kind of sick today, felt weak on Day 2. Maybe not eating enough.
