My First W30! Starting Oct 6th

Oct 6th is my first day of my first W30.  I'm totally nervous to start tomorrow, and a little stressed about my coffee. :huh:  I love love love coffee, and usually stop for a latte every day, but have never drank it black which is what I'm going to try to do.

Also, I quit drinking coffee last month (and let me tell you, I used to be a total coffee addict, drinking 3 cups per day!) After a week of feeling a bit foggy and grumpy, I started to sleep better, have less anxiety, and become more focused. I've never had more energy! The trick for me was to replace the coffee with fun herbal teas - so I still enjoy the ritual of stopping for coffee, but not the side effects.

Hey All!  I started on Sunday the 5th and am looking for some buddies!  This is my first go at the Whole30 and am still in the "excited phase."  Hope you all have a SUPER day and eat some yummy foods!  Not real happy about black coffee, but baby steps...right?
