Eye of round roast

Any ideas for how to cook this roast?! I usually only cook chicken but compliant roast beef deli meet is way to expensive so I decided I would give it a shot! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated im not sure why I'm more nervous about... Drying it out or carving it
