Master Recipes

new here, but I have a question.

I want to use some of the skillet recipes from the book but I'm confused on how they work.

I assume you make the "master recipe" (say the ground beef and onions, etc). and use the whole 2 lbs of beef, then you use part of that or what to make the skillet options depending on how many people you are serving?


Sometimes i need it spelled out in small words, haha.

Yes, use a palm-sized portion of meat for each person, plus enough veggies for each person. I guess they didn't specify how much protein per person because the meal template is based on a palm-sized serving, which can vary from person to person.
