drduhon
My husband, kids and I will be starting the Whole 30 on Sunday. I'm pretty nervous about it, especially because of my kids. My youngest (18 mo.) is a fairly picky eater and I don't know how just whole foods is going to work for her as she refuses so many foods. I'm a little worried because a lot of the recipes don't sound good to me (like just eating ground beef with veggies as a stir fry). I'm jumping in, though, and we'll see what happens to our bodies! GFChris
Welcome! You might want to visit the Whole30 for Kids forum to get successful strategies others have used with children. If you don't like ground beef, there are plenty of other protein options. The Whole30 shopping list is a place to start.
DogMomBre
Hi Rachel! I'm also starting tomorrow, 10/26. I'm so glad your family is joining in on your journey with you. This is my first Whole 30, & my husband will not be participating (although many of his meals will be at least partially Whole 30 compliant, since I do the cooking) - it would be so much easier if he would just do it with me! Looking forward to learning about your progress!
