Drk8 Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 I'm starting for the second time too. I did the Whole30 with no cheats from mid May to mid June and lost 22 pounds. Then I went to Europe for my son's wedding and did not continue day 31. I felt great on my first Whole30 and should probably eat this way everyday all year.
