Nov. 3 is the day for me

This is my first attempt at a whole30.  I have read, researched, and I understand WHAT I have to do. But can I do it?  I have never been successful in my attempts to lose weight, but this just feels different.  I feel very motivated and prepared.  I HAVE A PLAN!

Glad to hear it!! Now it is Day 4, and I am so proud of myself, being in meetings all day today, and you know what they serve?  muffins, crossiants, cookies....and a lonely platter of fruit.  So I helped myself to a lovely array of berries and melon, and I was able to, because I brought my own breakfast and lunch (yes I did, and I didn't care if anyone gave me the 'look'.)  Lunch was a very boring looking salad, which I heaped up with my own roasted veggies/protien and dressing ,and again I was able to pass over the platters of MORE sweets/cookies/squares that they brought out. Preparation is key!!!!!
