greenebean31 Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 I need to do better for my body's sake. I want to be able to wear the clothes I see in the mall without feeling fat. I LOVE French fries but I am willing to step away from them and every other food item that is destroying me and my arteries for at least the first 30 days of this program. I think I will have a hard time after day 3 not devouring my family's leftovers in the middle of the night, but I have to do this. I am completely committed.
