Sydney w30 started 3/11/14

Started 3rd November after a couple of false starts. I've done some w30s before but never logged meals, so I think I'll give it a try - maybe it'll keep me on the straight and narrow and it'll be good to look back on in future. I like the idea of going til Christmas, or even through christmas, but at the moment I'm aiming for 30 days.

Anyway, day 1.

Meal 1: breakfast mince (organic mince, capsicum,beans,carrots,broccoli, cauliflower, kale and spices), Mayo

Meal 2: chicken, huge salad, avocado

Meal 3: delish baba steak, big serve of roast veg, mayo

Day 2.

Meal 1: Breakfast mince, mayo

Meal 2: Left over steak, roasted veg and Mayo

Meal 3: yellow curry with beef, every type of veg in the fridge and coconut milk. Very tasty

No headaches yet, but still battling a dodgy tummy since Sunday. Hopefully it's run its course :)
