Day 8: Travel day to Perth - early flight, working all day

 

Breakfast

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Coffee with coconut milk and MCT oil
  • Macadamia
  • Blueberries punnet

Lunch

  • Grill'd burger - fried egg, chicken breast, bacon - accidently ate a speck of cheese which somehow ended up on my burger and felt terrible
  • Macadamia
  • Green juice

Dinner 

  • Roast carrot
  • Roast chicken

Snacks

  • Blueberrries
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

I'm sorry. You ate enough cheese to push the reset button. It is not a Whole30 if you eat dairy even when it is an accident.

 

You had roast carrots at dinner. Otherwise, veggies are missing from your meals. You've got to get the volume of real, whole, fresh veggies up.

- 1/4 avocado

- broccoli

- sweet potato

- Broccolini

- chicken schnitzel made with almond meal

Snacks

- coonut flakes

- whole coconut

- blueberries

Breakfast:

- 2 boiled eggs

- Spinach

- handful of pumpkin and sweet potato mix

- broccoli

- avocado

- coconut milk and mct oil coffee

 

Lunch:

- tuna

- spinach

- semi dried tomato

- broccoli

- olives

- avocado

- coconut milk coffee

 

Dinner

- Rotisserie chicken

- sweet potato

- pumpkin

 

Snack

- whole coconut
