erode Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 Today is day 1 of my very first whole30! My husband and I will be doing this together with our three young children in tow. I was able to do all my shopping and meal planning yesterday, so we are set for at least the next 5 days. Day1: B - three scambled eggs, diced green pepers and onions with few tablespoons browned ground turkey. Also an apple. My head is hurting today. I am assuming it is because we cut out all sugar yesterday in preperation for today and it might be a withdrawl headache. My body craves sugar like water. I am hoping I will be fine this afternoon.
