ptperry14
My husband and I have decided to start whole 30 together on 1/5/14 and I recently purchased the book "it starts with food". I'm a little worried about myself because I'm a crazed sugar addict!! So any helpful hints about helping with the sweet cravings would be helpful!! Thanks! GFChris
Don't eat a any helpful hints about helping with the sweet cravings would be helpful!! Don't feed the sweet cravings with sweet food. Seriously, many folks try to feed sweet cravings with fruit - doesn't work. Use the Whole30 to help you tune into whether you're truly hungry in between meals. Litmus test: you could eat something bland like steamed fish and broccoli. If you are, the recommendation is to have a mini-meal containing protein, vegetables and a compliant fat.
