wulfie Posted December 31, 2014 Share Posted December 31, 2014 Hello, fellow Whole30ers! I'm starting my ~3rd Whole30 on January first. Over the past few years, I've been doing paleo, but was a vegetarian for many years before that. I'm looking to make improvements in the gym and get back to where I was about a year and a half ago when I was able to go five days a week and do kipping and strict pull-ups, ring dips, and push press 95#. I've also had issues for most of my life with binge eating and depression. With the other Whole30s I've done, I've had many improvements and am looking forward to more.
