Homemade Cashew Nut Milk?

Cashew cream also makes a good curry thickener.  It's a 1:1 mix of soaked cashews and the water in which they soaked.  Finished, it has a yogurt consistency.  I use it in an Indian tikka masala sauce.


Due to phytates and the California drought, cashews are a better choice than almonds.
