TCE Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 Hi, I'm new here and am starting my first W30 on January 5. My biggest concern is breakfast. I don't eat eggs. Many of the recipes for breakfast are filled with eggs. I don't have an allergy to them, I just don't like the taste, texture, I gag on them. Does anyone have any suggestions? Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for to get links to past posts. Typing Whole30 non-egg breakfast will give you oodles of options.
