I CrossFit 6 days a week, but I always neglect my nutrition so I'm always just breaking even and never making real progress. I plan on beginning my first Whole30 on Monday, January 5, 2015. I am taking today to finish getting all of my reading materials, lists, and plans together and then headed to the grocery store tomorrow!
