I've eaten grain free before and it has really helped me. I think removing dairy will help even more. Looking forward to the next 30 days! Tina R Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 Welcome! Is your family joining you or will you have to make separate meals? You might want to search the forum for more tips. It might be helpful to make the main dish for the family compliant and then they can add the other stuff. Such as hamburgers and hotdogs and let your family eat them with buns.
