The lemon juice in our fridge has sodium bisulfate in it, which is not compliant, and I should have clarified that before starting. That's fully on me. The only thing I've used it for so far is to dab on avocado halves to keep it from turning brown until we're ready to eat it. In that amount, do I need to tack 4 days onto the end of this round?
