Laurie Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 I have depression and I take antidepressants. Even with eating W30, I still must be on medication. Everyone is different; W30 has helped many people with depression. Whole 30 gives you a sense of control, as well as the feeling and knowledge that you are doing something great for yourself. Give it a try - the dark cloud may be lifted and if not, you have a lot to gain because you are nourishing your body and treating it with the respect it deserves! Notyouravrgpaleomama Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 I suffer from an anxiety disorder, and by day 10, it is nearly nonexistent.
